Session 1: "Sva Dharma: Discovering our Unique Purpose Through Ayurveda" Vinyasa and Q&A

Join us for this Ayurvedic Vinyasa session and Q & A with Mariko Hirakawa, It is Pitta Time, and one of the positive inner qualities of Pitta is its ability to penetrate deep into any subject and its luminous quality that bring insight, as well as its leadership ability to act on that insight. This session will begin with a short "dharana" - an introductory talk to set the tone, intention, and the spirit of self-inquiry followed by 45 minute Ayurvedic Vinyasa Session with intent to Pacify Pitta while highlighting its positive qualities.

Session 2: "YOGA of AYURVEDA"

In this special session, Laura and Kia will deepen the understanding of the fundamental wisdom of Ayurveda as a way to find your internal voice and self-confidence. They will shed light upon the relationship we have to nature and how that can guide us to self-discovery. We can learn from the cycle of giving from nature if we pay attention and cultivate our relationship with it. The session will open with breath work and will end in a calming meditation to digest and absorb this deep discussion about our self-discovery.


Session 3: "Ayurveda 101"
