This events is postponed! We will announced the new date soon. Stay tuned! YGB is grateful for Eddie Stern to offer this special class to support our annual campaign "A GLOBAL GATHERING FOR INDIA" to unite as one global community to give back to India with gratitude for the gift of YOGA. This session's recording will be available for everyone who registered.

"After 30 years of practicing Ashtanga Yoga, I decided that it was time to shift my practice back towards earlier Yogas that I used to do, as well as incorporating practices I’ve learned over the past few years from ancient Yoga texts. For the past year I’ve also been in a Masters of Science program at Vivekananda Yoga University, which has broadened my views on traditional practices and sequencing. While I continue to teach ashtanga yoga, the sequences having had a positive impact on my life for several decades, my body and nervous system began asking for something slightly different, and so I listened. In this short class, I’ll share some of my current practices with you. " --- Eddie Stern

Our goal is to raise $100,000 again with this global campaign to help YGB launch "Women Rise Digital Center" in rural villages of West Bengal so 5000 girls and women finally have access to computers and Internet. Can you imagine living without online access today? The need for help has proven to be especially critical during this incredibly difficult time of the Pandemic and all its devastating, rippling effects.

Your participation will also ensure more than 2400 women and children YGB already supports with micro-loans and education funds in Karnataka and West Bengal.

Girls shared one mobile phone during to catch up studies during 18-month school closure due to the pandemic.

Hundreds of women we support with micro- loans lost their income due to market closure.

Let's level the playing field!

Yoga Gives Back new initiative WOMEN RISE DIGITAL CENTER directly addresses the known digital divide for rural communities and women; empowering girls and women with resources and technology to continue their education and connect with the global market and workforce. WOMEN RISE DIGITAL CENTER is the next phase of YGB’s programs of empowerment that have been operating with NGO Partner NISHTHA for the last decade.

Thank you for being a part of this global collective effort.
