While many of us are blessed to have a yoga practice that sustains us at this difficult time, many women and children in India are struggling for their lives due to the enormous stress added by Covid-19. Now, more than ever, they need our support.
India has generously given the world the eternal gift of yoga. It is our goal to create a community of #onemillionyogis to give back especially at this time.
